Any request for cancellation or refund of a ticket purchased from a travel agency other than Aircalin office (or online) must be made directly with the travel agency concerned.

Baggage incident
Your baggage is delayed
At the airport:
- Report your baggage incident by clicking here.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your baggage incident report number.
After leaving the airport and within 7 days:
- Complete the baggage incident form to report your baggage incident to our Aircalin customer service department using your report number.
- Our customer service department will follow up on your baggage incident and contact you as soon as possible.
Your baggage is missing
At the airport, before leaving the arrivals area:
- Fill out the customs declaration form available at the baggage service counter in the arrivals area and provide your keys or suitcase code (in accordance with customs regulations).
- Report your baggage incident click here.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your baggage incident report number.
After leaving the airport and within 48 hours:
- Complete the baggage incident form to report your baggage incident to our Aircalin customer service department using your declaration number.

Delayed bag
Aircalin is linked to an international baggage tracing system allows us to locate the majority of delayed baggage.
To track your missing baggage, enter your baggage incident report number below (10 characters, e.g., NOUSB12345).
